Born in 1976, Sevda Güneş graduated from the Department of Turkish Language and Literature at the age of 44 and realized her dream of university. Saying that she received negative reactions from her family and people after her decision to read, Güneş said, “I went on this road alone. I persevered and succeeded,” he said. Completing her primary, secondary and high school education in Karabük, Sevda Güneş graduated from Istanbul Gelişim University, Department of Turkish Language and Literature at the age of 44. Güneş, who is currently studying at the Faculty of Theology and showing his peers that there is no age to succeed, stated that he also wants to do master's and doctorate, “My life philosophy is to learn and teach. I both love to learn to read myself and wanted to be useful to my environment and the new generation. That's why I chose to read,” she said.
