According to the principles of "Regulation on the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Sea and Loading Safety" published in the Official Gazette; Coastal facilities handling dangerous goods were required to obtain TYUB (Dangerous Cargo Compliance Certificate).
With the said regulation, safety rules were introduced for dangerous goods transportation activities.
