Employment-oriented trainings on different subjects will be given by the Turkish Port Operators Association in line with the needs of the sector. Within the scope of the Port Academy activities, many training programs related to the sector will be organized by the experts of the field.
In addition to the increasing port capacities as a natural result of global competition, the quality of employees and the need for trained qualified personnel will be felt more. It is important for employees to train themselves and to increase their knowledge and equipment with the training they will receive. It is aimed that sector employees, students and all people interested in the field attend the trainings to be given by expert trainers at the Port Academy, which was established within this scope.
