Turkey IMO Council Member

Turkey was re-elected to the Council of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). After the elections held on 10 December, our country succeeded in being elected as a member of the IMO executive body council from the C category.

Our country has been elected to the IMO council for the 12th time in the 2022-2023 period council membership elections, in the role of having a say in world maritime affairs. Turkey has been in category C in the IMO council since 1999. You can access the news source here.
