The Amount of Cargo Handled at Ports Decreased in February 2021

The Maritime General Directorate of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has announced the load statistics for February 2021.

According to the statistics published by the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs, the amount of cargo handled at ports in February 2021 decreased by 3.3 % compared to the same month of the previous year and was 39 million 654 thousand 632 tons.
In addition, the amount of cargo handled in the ports in the January - February period of 2021 decreased by 5.6 % compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 79 million 940 thousand 781 tons.
