İMEAK Chamber of Shipping and AVS Global Ship Supply established a disaster logistics base in order to meet the emergency needs in the earthquake and to provide logistical support to citizens who are damaged by the earthquake.
It is aimed to support the earthquake victims by delivering urgent materials in the earthquake with the Disaster Logistics Base of the established maritime sector. First of all, it is planned to deliver the intense and urgent needed materials to the region.
Avs Global Ship Supply, which is located in the organization, is organized by all kinds of clothing, food, child and baby goods, coats, blankets, heater and other equipment in Istanbul - Sultanbeyli, which is its own store.
Avs Global Ship Supply Company Chairman Abdülvahit Şimşek stated that they expect help from all the maritime community and maritime volunteers and thanked the Shipbuilding Industrialists' Association and the Turkish Shipping Association for their help to the entire maritime community.
All maritime stakeholders were invited by Abdülvahit Şimşek for the aid organization initiated by the coordination of the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping.
