Pay attention to these when preparing for exams!

Stating that there is a positive relationship between regular sleep and getting good grades, Istanbul Gelişim University Chairman of the Board of Trustees Abdülkadir Gayretli said, “For this reason, we will take care not to be sleep deprived. It's not like I slept for 10 hours and got 100, we will sleep 7-8 hours," he said.
“REPEAT YOUR TARGET HIGHLY TO YOURSELF”
Stating that a set goal also increases the desire to work, Gayreti said, “You can have both short-term and long-term goals. Repeat your goal out loud to yourself, hear yourself. If you don't have enough motivation to study, set an exercise habit for yourself before working out. Exercising before working out speeds up the heartbeat, releases endorphins, and reduces stress. It increases memory and grasping power.
“MUSIC AFFECTS WORK POSITIVELY”
Stating that there is no requirement for the working environment to be very organized, Gayretli said, “This varies from person to person. There are also students who become out of balance when the work environment is too organized. For this reason, I recommend that you change your working environment from time to time. It increases the concentration level as well as improves memory. Mild sounds and non-verbal music that disrupt the silence in the working environment also positively affect the working environment. However, this may not suit everyone. For those who study with headphones, it should be classical or non-verbal music.”
“DO NOT IGNORE YOUR REPEATS”
Reminding that working before going to bed makes it easier to remember information, Gayretli said, “Make an agreement with yourself. Avoid distractions, especially tablets and phones. Be your own teacher. Work intermittently, take a break from your long studies. Make your work continuous. Do not neglect your weekly, monthly repetitions. It will ensure that the information is kept in our minds for a long time.”
