According to the dictionary of the Turkish Language Institution, Engineer means public works such as roads, bridges, buildings, based on meeting all kinds of needs of people; food such as agriculture, nutrition; science such as physics, chemistry, biology, electricity, electronics; It means a person who has specialized in technical and social fields such as airplanes, automobiles, engines, construction machinery and has received a certain education.
