The activities to be carried out for the On-Site Practice Internship are as follows.

Complete the COMPANY APPROVAL and SIGNATURE in the application form.
                                                                                                            
Sign the STUDENT SIGNATURE on the application form.
FORMS WITHOUT SIGNATURE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
                                                                                                          
Scan the completed application form.
                                                                                                      
Send the application form by e-mail and use your university e-mail address with the extension xxxxxxxxx@ogr.gelisim.edu.tr, which starts with your student number.
