About Student Council Election

Within the scope of Higher Education Institutions Student Councils and Higher Education Institutions National Student Council Regulations, Department/Program Student Council selection will be made within our university. Our University's Student Council is determined every two years according to the relevant directive. Elections will be held electronically over the Student Information System (OBIS) to determine the Student Council that will serve at our University in the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 academic years.
Main Duties of Student Council Members
To ensure that the registered associate and undergraduate candidates of our university are sensitive to national interests in the development of education, health, sports and cultural activities, to communicate the expectations and wishes of the students to the administrative bodies by establishing an effective communication between the governing bodies of higher education institutions and the students, Their main task is to ensure their participation in decisions.
