Pointing out that there has been a great increase in the number of female couriers during the pandemic process, Aras Holding Vice Chairman of the Board Elif İnci Aras said, “Previously, we could see a very limited number of women in cargo business. The women who died were generally employees working in the headquarters and branches. However, in this process, we started to see many female couriers actively working in the field. The increasing visibility of female courier attracts new women to this sector day by day. We have always been trying to keep our female employment rate high. Currently, we have more than 1600 female employees.”
