Cihan Özkal, Member of the Board of Directors of UTIKAD and Head of Maritime Working Group, stated that due to the increasing demand for product trade and the global container crisis, freight rates have increased too much and the container crisis in maritime transport will continue in the future. He also stated that it would be beneficial for industry representatives to review digitalization and company structures due to increasing competition.
