It was stated that Kazakhstan's increase in the number of crossings and the opening of the Turkmen gate to transit between Turkey and China, which takes 45 days by sea and rail, can be made in less than two weeks by land. It was also stated that this situation will positively affect the road transport between Turkey and China.
Emre Eldener, Vice President of International Forwarding and Logistics Service Providers Association (UTIKAD), underlined that “the start of truck trips to China will make a great contribution to the Turkish economy and logistics sector”.
