Aras Kargo is investing in new vehicles consisting of 37 tractor-trucks and 32 trailers to further strengthen its current fleet. Thanks to these investments, it further increased its operational productivity. Including the new era tow trucks and trailers in its large fleet of more than 5 thousand vehicles in a way that can meet the transforming and differentiating needs, the organization has become suitable for a much more modular transportation operation that will carry out logistics activities.
Noting that Aras Kargo, which started the sector approximately 44 years ago, has come a long way to this day, Aras Kargo Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Barış Baran Aras said the following: ‘’ We have not only reached every point of our country, but at the same time, we have provided technology to Europe and reached a level that provides services with our brand in Azerbaijan. Thanks to this investment we have made to strengthen our vehicle fleet, we will be able to offer much stronger services to our business partners with whom we cooperate’’.
Utku Ayyarkın, General Manager of Aras Kargo, made the following statement regarding the said investment as "Our new investments in vehicles, a new initiative in our innovation and operational productivity adventure" and then added ‘’ Thanks to the 37 tractor trucks and 32 trailers we have included in our vehicle fleet, we enable a much more modular and productive logistics operation. With the presence of our vehicles with trailers, our vehicle can leave the trailer and continue to the other point without wasting time at the stopping points. Vehicles with a reduced number of axles and relaxed will provide us with fuel savings in addition to time savings. By reducing our carbon emissions with our fuel savings, we will have made another serious attempt to reach the sustainability we aim for’’.
