With the 'Creative Drama and Leadership Training,' participants found the opportunity to enhance both their creativity and develop leadership skills.

The 'Creative Drama and Leadership Training,' organized by Istanbul Gelişim University Continuous Application and Research Center on February 5-9, 2024, with the contributions of Instructor Emek UÇARMAN ÖZGEN, focused on utilizing drama techniques and game-based learning to strengthen participants' communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills, particularly targeting healthcare professionals.

The 'Creative Drama and Leadership Training' program aimed to strengthen the communication skills of healthcare professionals, enhance their empathy, enable effective teamwork, increase resilience to stress, improve problem-solving abilities, and develop leadership and creativity skills. Participants in the training program not only enhanced their effective communication skills in an interactive and practical environment but also had the opportunity to successfully apply these skills in patient communication, team interaction, and communication with other healthcare professionals. This facilitated participants in establishing more empathetic connections with patients, contributing to more efficient collaboration within healthcare teams, and playing a more effective role in overall healthcare services.

The training provided an opportunity for participants to embody different roles and engage in various scenarios, contributing to the enhancement of empathy among healthcare workers. This, in turn, helped them establish better connections with patients and offer emotional support. Creative drama aimed to strengthen the collaboration of healthcare professionals, allowing participants to gain skills in team coordination during emergencies through role-sharing within the team. The training also prepared healthcare professionals for leadership positions by providing the chance to embody leadership roles and enhance leadership skills.

On the final day of the 'Creative Drama and Leadership Training' program, participants expressed their satisfaction with Instructor Emek UÇARMAN ÖZGEN, acknowledging the valuable contributions and changes they experienced during the five-day training. They expressed happiness for participating in such a program, getting to know Instructor Emek UÇARMAN ÖZGEN, and shared their intention to follow her in artistic activities. Participants thanked everyone involved in contributing to the training. At the end of the training, participants were presented with certificates.
