At the 51st Notaries Union congress, which began with the opening speech of Dursun Cin, the President of the Notaries Union of Turkey, the emphasis was on the effective use of technology and the development of services provided through the internet. In his speech, President Cin requested a legal regulation on the fees paid for notary transactions. The program continued with the other topics on the agenda of the congress.
