Switching to the New Execution Model
A new execution model is being switched in which multiple execution offices are gathered under a single execution office and execution services are carried out by specialized sub-units in this way.
With the new execution model, an execution office will consist of more than one sub-execution office. In this way, execution services will be carried out by specialized sub-units. According to this model which the Department of Execution Affairs carries out its work, the execution offices will consist of six sub-offices. The sub-offices will deal with tasks and transactions in their area of ​​expertise.
According to this, the organization scheme will be as following: consultancy and quality management office in the follow-up of the quality management system of execution office, the main and family office in the enforcement of the duties arising from family law, the distraint office in all distraint procedures, the sales office in the sale of the foreclosed goods, the financial transactions office in the application of all collections, and the file and archive office in the preservation and archiving of the execution files.
There are execution directorates in 59 different locations that have switched to the new execution model. This number is expected to increase further in the coming days.
