SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN THE REGULATION ON EXPRESSION
The Regulation Amending the Regulation on Arrest, Detention and Statement Taking was published in the Official Gazette dated 22 July 2022 and entered into force.
With the amendment, the statement "The statement of the defense counsel and all kinds of interventions shall be recorded in the report" was added to the sub-paragraph d of the first paragraph of the 23rd article of the regulation. With the change, the situation in question, which has different applications in law enforcement, has been clarified.
