REGULATION ON EXECUTION OF TRIAL THROUGH TRANSMITTING AUDIO AND VIDEO IN LEGAL PROCEDURES IS IN ACTION
The "Regulation on Execution of Hearings by Transmission of Audio and Video in Civil Procedures", which includes the practice of conducting civil cases in the form of "e-trial", was published in the Official Gazette on 30 June 2021.
Legal cases can now be conducted in the form of "e-trials" within the framework of this regulation. In this context, the parties to the case and their attorneys will be able to attend the hearings without going to the courtroom. In addition, hearing of witnesses, experts, experts and other relevant persons can be realized through audio and video transmission. Lawyers will be able to attend the hearings from their offices.
