With the Law No. 7413, which was accepted on June 23 and published in the Official Gazette on June 28, some additions were made to the Notary Law No. 1512. With these changes, it is now possible to sell real estate at notary public offices. With the amendment, the provision of "Contrats for real estate sales can also be made by notary officials" was added to Article 61/A of Law No. 1512.
