In the press release issued by the Ministry of Justice about the decision, it was announced that the Turkish judicial authorities implemented the decision of the ECHR regarding Kavala’s case dated 10 December 2019. In the statement, it was also stated that the rate of implementation of the ECHR decisions by Turkey is above the average of the member states, and that the attitude of the ECHR will increase debates among Turkish public.
