NOTARY ON DUTY APPLICATION STARTS AGAIN
With the letter of the General Directorate of Law of the Ministry of Justice dated 16.07.2021, it was stated that the duty notary public practice, which was suspended due to the pandemic, will resume.
The method of notary publics working on weekends, just like pharmacies, was introduced. However, this application has been suspended for a while due to pandemic conditions. With the letter sent by the Ministry of Justice to various institutions on 16.07.2021, it was announced that the application would be restarted. Accordingly, the duty of notary public will start again, effective from Saturday, July 31st.
