Muammer Topal Elected as the President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes

Muammer Topal was elected as the President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes in the election held due to retirement of Celal Mümtaz Akıncı, Former President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes, on January 31, 2022.

In the announcement made by the Presidency of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes, it was stated that the election was held on January 19, 2022, and Muammer Topal, who is a Member of the Constitutional Court and the Deputy President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes, was elected as the President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes.
