Monetary Application Limit to the Consumer Arbitration Committee is Now 15,430 Turkish Liras
With the notification published in the Official Gazette on the 16th of December, the application limit for the Consumer Arbitration Committee for 2022 has been determined.
With the 3rd article of the notification in the Official Gazette, the monetary application limit to the "Consumer Arbitration Committee" has now become 10,280 TL for the District Consumer Arbitration Committee and 15,430 TL for the Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee. Accordingly, the parties will be able to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for legal matters below 15,430 TL and to the Consumer Court for legal matters above this amount.
