The 2023 Minimum Wage Tariff for Mediation was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
In the new tariff, no changes were made in the percentiles. According to the new tariff, an hourly wage in disputes involving two parties is 400 TL in family law, employee-employer and consumer disputes, 780 TL in commercial disputes, and 480 TL in other disputes.
An hourly wage in disputes involving three to five parties is 840 TL in family law, employee-employer and consumer disputes, 1600 TL in commercial disputes and 1000 TL in other disputes.
An hourly wage in disputes involving six to ten parties is 900 TL in family law, employee-employer and consumer disputes, 1640 TL in commercial disputes and 1040 TL in other disputes.
An hourly wage in disputes involving eleven or more parties is 960 TL in family law, employee-employer and consumer disputes, 1680 TL in commercial disputes and 1080 TL in other disputes.
