It has been seen that mediation, which has been in effect since the beginning of 2019, has led to a decrease in the number of commercial lawsuits. According to the data of the Department of Mediation, mediators have been appointed for more than 400 thousand commercial cases in 3 years. The results of the 53 percent of these cases were positive. In the remaining 47 percent of the cases that resulted in disagreement, the parties had the right to file a lawsuit.
