According to the data of the Department of Mediation, a mediator has been appointed as a condition of action for more than a hundred thousand consumer cases from 28 July 2020 until the end of 2021. Fifty-three per cent of these cases were concluded with a settlement. This practice will continue in its current form in 2022.
