HUMAN RIGHTS ACTION PLAN IS IN IMPLEMENTATION
According to the document titled "Human Rights Action Plan and Implementation Calendar" published by the Ministry of Justice in April 2021, a program with nine different objectives has been implemented.
The Ministry of Justice defines the vision of this plan and implementation calendar as “Free Individual, Strong Society; A More Democratic Turkey”. The plan aims to achieve nine goals. The objectives are generally shaped around creating a country where human rights are better protected and judicial independence is strengthened. The plan and implementation calendar also mentions the importance of preparing a new and civil constitution.
