EXPENSE ADVANCE TARIFF FOR CONCORDATUM IS PUBLISHED

According to the tariff published in the Official Gazette dated June 17 and numbered 31869, the person requesting a concordatum has to deposit the expense advances shown in the tariff to the court cashier’s office. According to the law, items of expense advances are determined to include the cost of notification three times the number of creditors, the minimum amount of seven announcements to be published, i.e. seven hundred and seventy TL, the minimum amount of seven announcements to be made on the official announcement platform of the Press Advertisement Institution, fifty registered and reply-paid postage fees, three experts’ fees, five thousand TL for the concordat commissioner, five hundred TL for other deeds and twenty thousand TL as bankruptcy expenses.
