BANKS ASSOCIATION OF TURKEY JURY DATA OF 2020 IS PUBLISHED
According to The Banks Association of Turkey (TBB) 57.637 applications are sent to TBB Retail Customer jury in 2020. 48% of the applications are made up of credit card related transactions. Most of the applications were about interest, fees and charges. 71% of the applications in 2020 resulted in favor of the customers.
