 2023 Conciliator Wage Schedule Published


The tariff, which determines the fees to be paid per file to conciliators in 2023, comes into effect from the beginning of the year with the communiqué published by the Ministry of Justice.


The tariff, which determines the fees to be paid per file to conciliators in 2023, comes into effect from the beginning of the year with the communiqué published by the Ministry of Justice.

The 2023 Conciliator Minimum Wage Schedule was published in the Official Gazette dated 17 December 2022 and numbered 32046. With the tariff published as a communiqué of the Ministry of Justice, the fees to be paid to mediators per file between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023 were determined.

According to the tariff, if the parties of the conciliation process do not want to go to the reconciliation negotiations, the fee to be paid to the conciliator will be between 400 and 600 liras.

If the parties of the conciliation process agree to go to the conciliation negotiations, but cannot be reconciled at the end of the negotiations, the reconciliator's fee will be determined according to the number of parties in the file. Accordingly, if there are 2 or 3 parties, 600 to 800 liras; if there are 4 to 6 parties 800 to 1000 liras; If there are 7 to 9 parties, 1000 to 1202 liras will be paid, and if there are more than 10 parties, 1202 to 1400 liras will be paid.

If the conciliation negotiations are positive and the parties come to an agreement, the reconciliator's fee will be determined according to the number of parties in the file. Accordingly, if there are 2 or 3 parties, 1202 to 1606 liras; if there are 4 to 6 parties; 1606 to 2006 liras, If there are 7 to 9 parties, between 2006 and 2406 liras will be paid, and if there are more than 10 parties, between 2406 and 2808 liras will be paid.

The fee to be paid to the mediator is deposited into the mediator's account within approximately two months, with tax deductions.
