 “The Operation of the Kitchen in the Restaurant” Interview was Held




As an in-class activity within the scope of the Interior Design II course, the "Kitchen Operation in the Restaurant" interview was held on Thursday, March 16. The interview was made by one of the valuable teachers of our school's Food Technology Program, a Graduate Food Engineer Lecturer. See. It was held with the participation of our teacher Aslı Muslu Can.
The project topic of the Interior Design II course, which is the Spring Semester course of our project courses that form the backbone of the Interior Design Program, this semester is "Restaurant". In the main setup of the restaurant project, “kitchen operation” plays an important role.
Our dear teacher, Mr. See. Aslı Muslu Can give very important information to the students about this subject. Emphasizing the importance of processing food and how the workflow should be in architecturally designed spaces, our dear teacher made an interactive interview with the students. Important information was shared about the stages of the food entering the kitchen and the work safety in the kitchen.
The second-year students of the Interior Design Program participated in the talk. At the end of the conversation, the students asked many questions about the subject, and efficient information sharing was realized.
