Land Walls Regained to Istanbul

Mevlanakapi and Silivrikapi Land Walls Visitor Centers have been opened by IMM Heritage teams, completing the first part of the work on the 'Istanbul Land Walls Open Air Museum'.

Within the scope of the project, the maintenance, repair and restoration works of Mevlanakapi Police Station and Mehmet Kethüda Fountain have been completed. The historical police station, whose restoration has been completed, has been re-functionalized as the Mevlanakapi Visitor Center as one of the stopping points of the cultural accent, which is planned to continue along the 7.2-kilometer-long land walls.
