“Kitchen Operations in Restaurants” Seminar Held in the Interior Design Program
As part of the Interior Design Program, a seminar titled “Kitchen Operations in Restaurants” was held on February 24, 2025, at G Block Prof. Aziz Sancar Conference Hall. The seminar was conducted by Lecturer Dr. Aslı Muslu Can, a faculty member of the Food Technology Department, and received great interest from students.
During her speech, Lecturer Dr. Aslı Muslu Can elaborated on the key aspects of kitchen planning and the essential principles of kitchen operations. Additionally, she emphasized the importance of food safety, highlighting the necessity of adhering to hygiene and quality standards in professional kitchens. At the end of the seminar, Dr. Muslu Can answered students' questions and provided valuable insights to the participants.

The seminar was highly beneficial for students and was followed with great interest.
