It has been continuing for a long time to focus the preparation of meals on the area where the kitchen is located. The kitchen salvation of Guatemalan architect Alejandra Calderon offers the opportunity to develop different scenarios that will adapt to the lifestyles of its users and create new possibilities for their future layout. The design stems from a case study; The time and activities in a kitchen in Rotterdam are measured to prove the lifestyles that some students and young professionals now face. The data obtained not only created new parameters for a more accurate design, but also realized how many unused square meters the kitchen has. With the data obtained, three mobile modules were designed containing all the necessary elements for food preparation: two induction cookers, a storage area, a preparation area, a refrigerator and a sink with three containers for recycling garbage. Each module works with a stackable system of different elements. Each of the elements can be used individually, together with the collapsible legs mechanism, and can be used alone. Different items can be stacked and combined in different configurations to suit the owner's needs.
