The COA Hills project, which started to be built in Sapanca, Balkaya Village, was designed by Melike Altınışık Architecture-MAA.

It is important for people to recharge and recharge, to connect with their environment, and to spend time in nature. Spending time in nature reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and improves mood and cognitive function. In addition, it has many benefits for our health, such as strengthening the immune system. The COA Hills project, from the perspective of MAA, has an environmentally friendly architectural vision, includes 26 micro-houses and a social center structure open to common use in Balkaya Village, which encourages healthy living and is intertwined with nature. The project aims to offer a living village where guests can stay alone with nature and find peace.

The designed facility is located on a hillside land surrounded by forest. The project, overlooking the Sapanca Lake view, is an escape point for those who escape from the chaos of daily life and want to integrate with nature in cooperation with nature and design.

The houses, which are built with wooden architecture using natural materials, provide comfort beyond time by being wrapped with wooden material that provides an organic and pure feeling to the guests.

COA Hills houses exhibit an architecture designed with compact, efficient energy and wood materials. The wood material is a significantly low carbon, renewable, breathing, and living building material. It is aimed to keep the buildings cool in summer and warm in winter by providing efficient insulation. By encouraging the use of sustainable building materials, COA Hills aims to be a point of discovery for those who want to discover a place in harmony with nature.

The construction process of the project is planned to be completed in the last quarter of 2024 and put into use.
