WHAT BENEFITS DOES GREEN HR PROVIDE?
Although Green HR is an understanding that emerged in the late 1990s, it appears with different definitions over time. To speak in the most general sense; "It is a human resources system that aims to create a sustainable green collar standard in human resources processes, focused on minimizing environmental impacts of employees, making maximum use of social and economic opportunities, as well as using environmentally friendly office and business models."
