 Transformation of Work Life After Pandemic


As we pass through a period that we have not encountered before, the question in mind is how will the business world be shaped when this period is completed? While some think that as soon as the epidemic is over, the old working order will be re-established, others argue that a new transformation will begin. After such a chaotic time, it seems important for companies to reflect on their future lifestyles and to decide on what will change from the old to the new, what will be transformed, and to develop predictions on what can be done in this regard, and to decide from whom to support these issues.


The first thing to do while moving towards the new is to reveal the company's purpose of existence clearly, to review the company values and to make all employees realize that they are part of the common purpose and common values. After that, necessary time should be allocated to form teams that will support the company's journey towards the future and to make current situation evaluations with the support of these teams.
