Rural Disadvantaged Areas Development Project

Within the scope of the Rural Disadvantaged Areas Development Project supported by the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Young Entrepreneurs Trainers' Training Program started in Adana on April 18, 2022. Participants were given training on market analysis, project preparation, marketing plan, strategic planning AND financial literacy. With this training, it is expected that the personnel who received the training will come together with the young people in the rural areas and collect project ideas that can contribute to them socially and economically where they live.

The project is still being implemented in the provinces of Kastamonu, Sinop, Bartın, Adana, Mersin and Osmaniye. Young people who are currently working in agriculture, working at a job other than agriculture for minimum wage or having no job will be supported by training within the scope of the project, and their projects will be supported in cash or in kind.
