Rate of Premiums Increases in Employee Wages

Compared to 2016, the ratio of performance bonuses, bonuses, long-term incentives and fringe benefits in the wages of experts, managers, managers, directors, assistant general managers and general managers increased by 2% on average, while the base salaries decreased at the same rate. At higher levels, this rate is around 10%. Companies are trying to compensate for the depreciation in wages due to the rising dollar rate and inflation by revising the benefits and bonus systems instead of increasing the base salaries, because it is more difficult to get back the increase in the base salaries than the fringe benefits and bonuses.

Performance-based payments make up the majority of variable salaries, so the issue of performance management continues to gain importance. Bonuses and bonuses that used to be given to employees throughout the sales department based on sales results are now spread throughout the company. Profit share, annual bonus, meal and travel fee, company car, telephone, computer, private health insurance, life insurance, individual pension, unpaid leave, premium, annual leave, company share, house rent, children's schooling focuses on improving and expanding rights such as wages.
