 Performance Management


Performance management is one of the mandatory practices for companies to achieve their vision and goals today. It is aimed to ensure that all departments and positions within the company, starting from the senior management, work to support and guide each other. It is the name given to the work of all individuals within the company for a common goal and vision. The main purpose of performance management is for everyone working in the company to act as a whole by completing their goals, regardless of their duties, positions and levels.


Although performance management is usually implemented by the human resources department in a company, each department carries out its execution and elaboration in its own way. It is also the responsibility of the managers to motivate the employees and to explain the targets in a way that leaves no room for misunderstanding.
 
The tips can be summarized as follows
1. Statement of objectives in the most detailed way possible
2. Distribution of the responsibilities of the managers after detailed analysis
3. Preparing scenarios about motivation-enhancing activities and determining activities
4. Satisfactory rewarding of employees who meet their goals
5. Evaluation and feedback of the performance management process by the employees
6. Considering the feedback obtained in the planning of the next term studies
