Minimum Wage Raise Signal in July
In his statement, Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Bilgin said, “It is our duty to protect employees against inflation. We will not oppress labor and employees to inflation.
We have July ahead of us. Turkey is in a position to carry out an arrangement that will make all employees smile in July," he said. These statements of the minister were interpreted as preparations for a raise in the minimum wage in July.
