Flexible working model became permanent at Mercedes-Benz Türk

Mercedes-Benz Turk, which has been applying the remote and flexible working model for a long time, has made the flexible working model permanent for office workers.

Mercedes-Benz Turk, which has been applying the remote and flexible working model on a temporary basis in its workplace for a long time, has made the flexible working model permanent for office workers.
 
The company took this decision to switch to the hybrid working model as a result of surveys it carried out for its employees. According to the decision taken and flexible working pattern, in summer months, the remote working model will be implemented for 4 months in all departments if the job is available to do so. Out of summer months, if the job permits, the employees will work 3 days from home and 2 days from the office.

With this practise employees will take the right of working from home fully during summer time and 3 days during other seasons. This will be permanent until a reverse decision is taken.
