 Developing and Renewing the Existing Skills of the Workforce is a Priority for Companies


According to Mercer's 2021 Global Talent Trends Survey; 98 percent of companies worldwide stated that they are in the process of transformation and their top priority is to find the right talents required by the new era jobs. Along with the pandemic, there have been some changes in the human resources plans of the companies. Under these conditions, the order of priority of the companies in Turkey was changed as follows:


1- Developing new skills and refreshing existing skills of the workforce for the formation of critical talent pools (%55)
2- Expanding talent and learning ecosystems (%52)
3- Redefining flexibility (%48)
4- Increasing the financing allocated to the target of developing new skills and refreshing existing skills for the entire workforce of firms (%47)
