Advices from Ebru Dorman
Ebru Dorman, the author of the book "Living Beyond Dreams", who is among the "50 Turkish Executives Who Manage World's Giants" and donated all royalties to the Darüşşafaka Society, had an interview with Yonca Altun in the June 2021 issue of Harvard Business Review Turkey. Dorman, who gave advice to the business world and especially young people in the interview, stated that in everything we do, we must find meaning and purpose, act with passion, passion not only makes us successful and happy, but also inspires the people we come into contact with, passion is contagious , so whatever we focus our emotion, thought and energy on, we will attract it into our lives.
Let's focus our energy on creating a positive impact. Let's be solution-oriented when we encounter problems. Let's live in a way that minimizes the impact of negative situations outside our sphere of influence. Let's always be open to learning, let's be curious, let's improve ourselves.
