One of the important representatives of Pop Art, Andy Warhol’s painting called ‘Shot Sage Blue Marilyn’ is being prepared for a record sale price at an auction. The 1964 portrait is being planned to find a buyer for approximately $200 million. If the sale takes place, it will go down in history as the most expensive work of the 20th century to be sold at an auction. Proceeds from the sale will go to the Thomas and Doris Ammann Foundation in Zurich, which supports the health and education of children.
