American artist Jeff Koons will exhibit his sculptures as NFT with the Moon Phases project. This project will bridge the gap between the art world, Web3 and space exploration. The sculptures will be launched into space inside a 6-inch (for each side), transparent and thermally coated cube, a miniature satellite called CubeSat. The project is scheduled to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the United States's last crewed trip to the moon with Apollo 17.
