 Increase in Foreign Trade Deficit in November


In November, foreign trade deficit increased by 6.9 percent compared to the same month of the previous year and became 5.4 billion dollars.


According to the foreign trade statistics published by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) for November, the foreign trade deficit increased by 6.9% compared to the same month of the previous year, from 5 billion 54 million dollars to 5 billion 402 million dollars.
While the ratio of exports to imports was 77.0 percent in the January-November period of 2020, it increased to 83.8 percent in the same period of 2021.
