"World Food Day Panel" was organized by the Society of Food Engineers on 01.06.2021, at 13.00. In the panel, IGMYO Food Processing Department, Food Technology Program Instructor Kübra SAĞLAM took part in the organization and moderator of the event. Leading academics in the field of food gave important information about the importance of milk, its quality, nutritional values, dairy products and milk sector in the most comprehensive panel on World Milk Day.
