A seminar on "UNILEVER AR-GE PROCESSES, DRIED FOOD TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCT DESIGN" was held on 02.07.2021 at 19.00 by the Food Technologies Club, supervised by the Head of IGMYO Food Processing Department Instructor Kübra SAĞLAM. In the seminar moderated by Nurullah Zekeriya AKAR, Food Engineer Kübra AYDINLI was hosted as a speaker. A pleasant and effective interview was held about the curious production stages and AR-GE processes of powder food products such as pudding, soup and meatball mortar, which are part of the UNILEVER group, which includes world-famous brands, and which is consumed by almost everyone and saves time for consumers.
